Only small issue was a technical/hardware glitch (nothing to do with Amazon, Apple should have made a note of it--but it wasn't an issue for me)...I seem to recall an error message about my screen size and compatibility (I installed this onto my 12" iBook.) Otherwise, great software, great price, came early in the mail!
