I have been a Mobile Me (previously .Mac) customer for several years. I use some portion of the service every day and have not had any major problems with it, ever. In fact, I rarely ever even think about it because the program is almost completely automated through my iLife apps and my iPhone. I'm very pleased with the services and the feature set.
